Self-Driving Cars situate themselves in their environment using cameras and various sensors. In an anthropomorphized way they need to be aware of their surroundings. When they encounter us humans, we necessarily form data-points within the software’s reasoning. In this essay I will examine the role of the Pedestrian within the context of Autonomous Vehicles.
